About Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of massage that focuses on applying pressure to different points on the feet. It is based on the theory that different zones on your feet or hands represent different organs and systems in your body. Its main purpose is to help the body self heal and return to a state of homeostasis by inducing deep relaxation. When the body is relaxed, healing can take place and the body’s systems can function normally.
Your first visit will include a free consultation where we will have a chat about your medical history and lifestyle. This will enable us to work together on specific points that need balancing. The treatment that you receive will be completely tailored to your needs.
Reflexologists do not diagnose, and in no way replace conventional medical treatment.

I have been practicing reflexology since 2017 after training for an ITEC Level 3 Diploma at
Saltash College. I have always had a passion for health and wellbeing and enjoy helping clients to achieve a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle through the use of reflexology.
